You play as Isaac, who has been locked in his basement by his mother, who intends to sacrifice Isaac because God told her to do so. The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth goes the extra mile and incorporates new challenges, dailies, online ranks, and literally thousands of rooms created entirely at random. There is also a combo upgrade system that is sure to leave players intrigued.
